The London & District Academy of Medicine’s Annual Continuing Medical Education Event will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at the Four Points by Sheraton.

This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by Continuing Professional Development, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University. You may claim a maximum of 4.25 hours (credits are automatically calculated).

This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by Continuing Professional Development, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University for up to 4.25 Mainpro+ credits.

Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent participating in the educational program.

REGISTRATION

There is no cost to attend for LDAM Members and Residents.  Cost for non-member physicians is $50.00 per person.

The LDAM yearly membership fee is $175.00 for practicing physicians and covers the cost of many exclusive physician events, including the Annual CME and Annual General Meeting. View our membership application here.
