The London & District Academy of London (LDAM) invites you to join us for a Wood Fired Pizza Party! Hosted by Growing Chefs in London Ontario.

Cost: $116.38 for non-LDAM members, $58.19 for LDAM members. There will be a cash bar. Registration is limited on a first-come first served basis.

Menu: We will be preparing most of the dishes below ourselves with direction from the chefs. There may be some seasonal variations resulting in a slightly different menu. Some dietary restrictions can be accommodated if given enough notice.

Red sauce pizza - Umami marinara - njuda - olive powder - fresh mozzarella - parmesan - parsley
Green sauce pizza - caramelized onion - chevre - zucchini - green bell pepper - pesto - zucchini blossoms
White sauce pizza - bechamel - peameal bacon - sharp cheddar cheese - quail eggs - chives - maple syrup
Oil pizza - smoked confit garlic - pulled mushrooms - blistered cherry tomatoes -
Dessert pizza - lemon balm green oil - wine soaked strawberries - whipped marscapone and ricotta - honey

(If you have previously purchased through this website you may need to delete cookies first). If you are combining LDAM and non-LDAM payment in one transaction, please choose your first amount to open Paypal, and then go back to the LDAM page, to select the second amount. This should update the paypal page to include both.
