The London & District Academy of Medicine invites all Physicians, Resident doctors and Medical Students to a cozy, hands-on night of seasonal flavors, wood-fired pizza, and local drinks at the Growing Chefs! HQ.- all in support of Growing Chefs! Ontario, a local charity transforming food education for children and youth across our region.
We’re bringing back the pizza party — with a delicious new late-summer menu and all the charm of a private chef-led cooking class. This fun, interactive evening includes hands-on salad and pizza prep, followed by a sit-down shared meal you helped create!

Radicchio – spinach – Castelvetrano olives – gorgonzola – pear – squash – pumpkin seeds
Wood-Fired Pizzas
Pumpkin Spice: pumpkin velouté, fennel sausage, pecorino, caramelized onion, chili crisp
Bianca: prosciutto, chèvre, fig, mozzarella, arugula, balsamic
Tapenade: eggplant, kalamata olives, San Marzano & cherry tomatoes, basil
Agro Dolce: roasted & pickled grapes, brie, thyme, pecorino mornay

Ricotta cheesecake with fall fruits

A cash bar will be available featuring local wines, craft beers, canned cocktails from Collective Arts, and sparkling non-alcoholic options.
